GRE - Guest Relations Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences — from the moment they arrive until departure.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Manage VIP and special guest requests.
• Promote hotel facilities, amenities, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and daily activity reports.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (hotel industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (Opera, IDS, Fidelio, etc.).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
