Key Deliverables

To technically coordinate and regularly inspect the National Centre of Excellence, Rajarhat, Kolkata.

To set up and spear lead grassroot coaching and other allied activities at NCE.

To set grassroot coaching programmes and creation of participant base for such programmes.

To create a growth conducive and inclusive games environment for youngsters right from school level.

To prepare technical memos, reports for committee and council, tender documents.

To prepare specifications/technical proposals and reporting information to management as and when required.

To plan, implement & manage procedures to optimize inventory.

To ensure all incoming assets are noted in the Inventory Register in relation to grassroot development programme.

To maintain expense records in Inventories/Registers.

To record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.

To use software like SAP, Agile & Excel to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.

To coordinate with the concerned department(s) and respective equipment suppliers/ vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the kit and football equipment within India, and if need be, outside India.

Qualifications

• Minimum AFC C License Certification.
• Have been associated with any Grassroot Coaching initiative for at least 5 years.
