Job Description: Graphics & Motion Graphics Faculty

Role Overview:

Arena Animation is looking for a passionate and skilled Graphics & Motion Graphics Faculty who can train students in industry-relevant design and motion techniques. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, mentoring students, and preparing them for professional careers in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
• Teach software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (and other relevant tools).
• Explain design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Guide students in creating graphics, animations, motion reels, and portfolios.
• Assign projects, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct practice sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes when required.
• Prepare students for industry requirements, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain class records, attendance, and student progress reports.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student development.
• Stay updated with the latest design and motion graphics trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and animation basics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage students effectively.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred (industry experience is a plus).
• A strong portfolio/demo reel will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Creative, patient, and student-focused.
• Passionate about teaching and skill development.
• Able to handle both beginners and advanced-level students.

Experience:

• 1–5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience (flexible based on skill level).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
