Job Overview: Arena Animation Behala is seeking a dynamic and proactive Outdoor Marketing Executive to establish partnerships with school teachers, tuition centers, and private institutes for promoting our creative career courses (Animation, VFX, Game Design, etc.). The role involves direct visits, relationship building, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Visit schools, coaching classes, and private institutes across Kolkata. Build strong relationships with teachers, institute heads, and career counselors. Explain Arena Animation’s courses and benefits for student referrals. Distribute flyers, brochures, and coordinate presentations or mini-seminars. Identify potential student leads and maintain daily reporting. Achieve weekly/monthly tie-up and lead targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate. 1-2 years of field sales/marketing experience (education sector preferred). Good communication and convincing skills. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented. Must have a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
