Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphics Faculty located in Mumbai. The Graphics Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum content, mentoring students in graphic design and animation, and providing hands-on training in various graphic and animation tools. Additional tasks may include assessing student progress, staying updated with industry standards, and contributing to the overall growth of the academy's educational offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge of animation principles and post-production workflows, including software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Effective teaching and mentoring skills, along with the ability to create and deliver structured learning modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and inspire students
• Ability to keep up with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or proven equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in teaching or training is a plus
