Graphics Designer

Job Description

Uplift Global Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, and digital communication needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand brand consistency, and be able to translate ideas into impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for digital and print platforms
• Create visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns
• Design presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and email creatives
• Support branding requirements and maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
• Design creatives for websites, landing pages, and internal documents
• Make revisions based on feedback and adhere to timelines
• Organize and maintain design assets and files
• Support ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (preferred)
• 1–2 years of professional design experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign (good to have)
• Basic knowledge of:
• Social media formats and ad creatives
• Typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to convert briefs into clean, professional designs
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with Canva (Pro)
• Basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• UI/UX awareness or website design exposure
• Experience working with brand guidelines
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and ad performance creatives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
