Job Description:

Realatte Ventures Company is looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and design excellence, working closely with the marketing and product teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design promotional materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and website assets.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, packaging, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in the visual identity of all design work across multiple platforms.
• Edit and retouch images for use in marketing campaigns and publications.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to produce cutting-edge work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work with external vendors and partners when necessary to ensure quality output.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
