Graphics Designer

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support branding, marketing, and communication objectives. The role involves developing creative assets for digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, standees, hoardings, and in-store creatives.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, WhatsApp promotions, emailers, and online advertisements.
• Develop brand-consistent layouts, typography, color schemes, and visual styles.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Edit and retouch images; prepare files for print and digital publishing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy in content, dimensions, colors, and print specifications.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere Pro is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate ideas and briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Experience

• Experience in retail, hypermarket, FMCG, or agency environment is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
