**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and adapt designs for print production, including brochures, flyers, packaging, signage, hoardings, and other marketing materials.
* Prepare print-ready artwork files with correct color modes, bleeds, and formats.
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs translate accurately from screen to print.
* Work closely with clients and account managers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
* Stay updated with the latest design and printing trends.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print production environment.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
* Understanding of print processes, color management, and file preparation.
* Attention to detail and a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
* A portfolio showcasing print design projects is required.
