Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring compelling visual designs to life across digital and print mediums. Located in Vaishali Nagar, you'll collaborate with a vibrant team to design work that resonates with brands and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital platforms: social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and online ads.
• Create engaging print collateral: brochures, flyers, business cards, and packaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity, adhering to style guidelines.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback to deliver polished final versions.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, including a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is equally valued.

Bonus Skills (Optional but Valued)

• Motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• UI/UX design proficiency.
• Illustration or photography experience.
