Key Responsibilities

• Design highly engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, and websites, ensuring every visual aligns with our inspirational mission.
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, maintaining an uplifting and polished feel.
• Develop motion graphics, reels, video thumbnails, and other visual assets that are both high-quality and strictly adherent to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative visual concepts for inspiring new video series.
• Maintain a high standard of consistency across all design and video outputs.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, content creation tools, and social media content styles, bringing a proactive, mission-driven approach to every project.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor (agency or in-house preferred).
• High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software).
• Basic knowledge of editing software like Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and professional color balance/grading.
• Exceptional creativity, keen attention to detail, and a reliable ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for creating inspiring digital content and a deep understanding of how to connect with an audience on social media.
