Full-timeWe are looking for a Graphic & Visual Designer who can create designs that don’t just look good but perform. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail to drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Design static and motion creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to craft campaigns that convert
Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Figma plugins to accelerate workflows
Stay on top of visual trends across DTC, SaaS, and tech brands
Adapt designs to different ad formats and audience segments

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years in graphic design, preferably in growth or paid media
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong skills in layout, typography, and storytelling
Curiosity about AI and new design technologies
Bonus: Experience in UGC-style creatives or Meta Ads
