Graphic Designers (Branding Agency Experience) Experience: 4–8 years Responsibilities • Develop visual identities, mockups, social creativity, infographics, and campaign assets • Support product launches with branding collaterals (PPTs, case studies, UI imagery) • Work on design systems, color palettes, iconography, and illustration • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and UI teams Skills & Experience • Strong portfolio with product branding, marketing assets, and B2B design work • Adobe Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience with fast-paced branding agency or in-house studio • Ability to adapt to global brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries Summary: As a Graphic and Visual Designer, you will utilize design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts that effectively illustrate key sales messages for both print and digital deliverables. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to develop creative, client-centric solutions that convey a compelling visual story, ensuring that the final output aligns with the overall brand strategy and meets client expectations. You will engage in brainstorming sessions, refine design drafts based on feedback, and ensure that all visual elements are cohesive and impactful, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment. - Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to improve design processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design. - Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience. - Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics. - Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
