Profile Requirements:

Technical Competence:

• Education:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.

• Software Expertise:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant tools).

Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, DALL•E, or similar) and applying them to enhance creative processes, including illustration creation.

• Experience:

Several years of hands-on experience in image editing, illustration, and creating marketing materials.

Proven track record of success in designing for online and print media, especially for international campaigns.

Personal Competence:

• Structured and precise working style with a high level of creativity and initiative.
• Willingness to collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
• Intercultural competence and openness, especially when working with international colleagues.
