JOB DESCRIPTION As the Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that support the brands presence across digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, ATL (Above the Line), and BTL (Below The Line) activations.
He will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Associate and Content Creator to deliver cohesive, engaging, and on-brand visuals across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Digital Content Design static posts, carousels, and digital ad creatives that align with the brands tone and aesthetic. Briefs will be shared by the team in advance. Edit reels (filmed by the content creator), ensuring quality pacing, music, and visual consistency. Briefs will be shared by the team in advance. Create templates for recurring formats like product highlights, announcements, or hiring posts. Briefs will be shared by the team in advance. Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions, providing visual suggestions and constructive feedback. Ensure brand consistency across all designs — including fonts, colors, logo usage, and visual tone. 2. Platform-Specific Asset Adaptations Adapt all creatives to fit different platform specifications including: Instagram (posts, stories, reel covers) YouTube (when required ) WhatsApp & email banners (when required ) Paid ads (Meta, Google) SARYA DISTRIBUTION INDIA PVT LTD E-commerce listing creatives for Amazon, Big Basket, Zepto,Blinkit etc.
Note: All Briefs will be discussed in advance, for all activations and requirements. 3. Additional ATL (Above the Line) Creative Responsibilities Develop digital ATL creatives as and when required (e.g., for digital out-of-home campaigns, PVR screen ads, display banners). Creatives will require post-activation briefing and will follow the creative direction aligned by the team. ATL projects may include: In-cinema promotions (e.g., PVR campaign assets) Website hero banners Digital media buys (YouTube pre-roll ads, Spotify cover art, etc.) All ATL briefs will be shared in advance with clear timelines and references. 4. BTL (Below the Line) Creative Responsibilities Design all visual assets for on-ground activations, including but not limited to: Sampling booths Event participations (e.g., Cherry Blossom Festival, K-Food Festival, etc.) In-store displays, flyers, standees, and POS branding and other collaterals Create on-brand, attractive visuals that support the physical marketing experience. Creatives will be shared post-confirmation of participation and planned in advance for efficient delivery. 5. Motion Graphics: Create short, animated visuals or GIFs for Instagram stories, emailers, and digital ads (where applicable), including transitions, product animations, or kinetic typography. 6. Asset Organization & File Management: Maintain a shared drive/folder with updated master files, templates, and exported assets Update Monday.com with all key creatives and key tasks daily. 7. Ad Creative Optimization: Adapt existing campaign assets into variations for A/B testing on Meta/Google Ads — resizing, updating messaging, or highlighting CTAs as required. Collaborative & Operational Expectations Work closely with: SMM for campaign planning and creative direction Content Creator for syncing design with photoshoots and video production Be available for: Quick turnarounds during product launches, trending moments, or last minute opportunities Light enhancements to influence content when needed (color correction, layout, minor branding)
Experience from Food Industry or work related to food Products is must.
