Roles & Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

• Create long-form video content for

  YouTube

  (vlogs, tutorials, promotional videos).
• Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, and sound effects to make videos engaging.
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips for different platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand style and storytelling across all video content.

Video Shooting

• Plan, shoot, and manage video content for

  social media & YouTube

  .
• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
• Work with the creative team to set up shots, angles, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure high-quality framing, lighting, and sound during shoots.

Graphic Designing

• Design

  social media creatives, brochures, flyers, and ad creatives

  .
• Create

  eye-catching thumbnails

  for YouTube & Instagram Reels.
• Develop

  logos, brand identity elements, and visual assets

  .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional content.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for print and digital use.

Mandatory Skills

• Video Editing Tools:

• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut

Graphic Design Tools:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva

Core Skills:

• Video Editing for

  Instagram Reels & YouTube

• Motion graphics & transitions
• Thumbnail creation
• Brochure & flyer design
• Logo & brand identity design
• Social media post designing

• Video Shooting (camera handling, lighting, framing, audio setup)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer & Video Editor

  (portfolio required).
• Hands-on experience in

  video shooting & production setup

  .
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of

  social media trends & audience engagement

  .
• Basic knowledge of sound design & color correction (preferred)
