We’re Hiring: Creative Designer & Video Editor (On-site, NCR)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can craft impactful static creatives, edit high-converting UGC-style videos, and bring stories to life across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging static, carousel & motion graphics for ads & content
• Edit UGC-style + branded videos that drive conversions
• Create platform-optimized creatives (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop innovative storytelling concepts for D2C brands
• Collaborate with our marketing team & implement A/B test insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in graphic design & video editing (D2C/E-commerce preferred)

• Experience and understanding of performance marketing creatives is a must

• Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives that deliver results
• Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics & sound design

• Podcast video editing knowledge is a big plus 🎙️

• Bonus: AI tools for design/editing, basic 3D skills
