Job Description: We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with hands-on experience in shooting and editing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Podcasts.
You will play a key role in shaping our digital content presence by producing high-quality, engaging videos that align with our brand voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shoot and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms. Create engaging short-form content (Reels/Shorts) optimized for social media.

2. Edit long-form podcast episodes with clean audio, visual effects, and branding.

3. Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan shoots and storyboards.
4. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for audience engagement.
5. Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects as needed.Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain post-production workflow.

Requirements:
1. 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing and shooting.2. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition, or similar tools.3. Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats.4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.5. Experience with podcast editing, audio balancing, and syncing video/audio.6. Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.7.Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.

Nice to Have:
Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and external mics.Background in motion graphics or animation.Familiarity with YouTube SEO, metadata, and thumbnail creation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
