We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content for our brand and our clients across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and design engaging static and animated graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), website banners, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Video Production: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality, and story-driven content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and client promotional videos.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic and video content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual voice across all channels.
• Motion Graphics: Create simple motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video projects and digital assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to translate written concepts and ideas into impactful visual designs.
• Adaptation: Resize and optimize visual content for different digital formats and platforms (e.g., vertical video for Reels, square graphics for posts).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with industry-standard tools:
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Creative Eye: A strong portfolio (or sample work) showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, and composition).
• Communication: Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and take creative feedback effectively.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
