Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design visual content for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and brand materials.
Edit and produce videos for marketing campaigns, training programs, and product showcases.
Develop motion graphics, intros, and outros for video projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and promotional content.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual outputs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated with industry trends, design software updates, and creative best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with social media content creation and short-form video editing.
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and attention to detail in visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in motion graphics and 2D/3D animation.
Knowledge of photography and lighting basics.
Familiarity with brand marketing and digital communication strategies.
