Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives, motion graphics, and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
• Use

  Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  ,

  Figma

  , and

  AI-driven tools (Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)

  to create high-quality content.
• Conceptualize and execute visual ideas aligned with brand tone, campaigns, and strategy.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams for campaign alignment and storytelling consistency.
• Maintain brand visual guidelines and ensure design quality and innovation in every deliverable.
• Stay updated on design, video, and AI trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage end-to-end execution of design and video projects independently, meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication,or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in graphic design and video creation.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Experience with

  AI design/video tools

  (Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, Kling, etc.).
• Strong sense of design composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver pixel-perfect outputs.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
