About the Role:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle company
social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Design and publish creative
posts, banners, reels, and stories for social media engagement.
Create visual content for
marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, and branding collaterals
.
Develop designs for both digital and print media aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with management and business teams to conceptualize and execute design requirements.
Support in designing technical drawings/layouts using
AutoCAD
when required.
Track and analyze social media performance to ensure consistency and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign
, etc.
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD (mandatory)
.
Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to convert ideas into designs.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience in
PEB industry is a strong advantage).

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics.
Understanding of industrial design/engineering concepts.
Strong communication and time management skills.
