Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer with expertise in photoshop as well as excellence in new tools in AI ( photos, video generation, animation ), based in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, contributing to branding strategies, maintaining design consistency across platforms, and conceptualizing visually appealing layouts and elements. This role demands a proactive approach and collaboration with the design and marketing teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions.

• Translate creative briefs and verbal ideas into visually compelling concepts.
• Use AI tools for efficiency and high quality .
• Develop visual concepts that build brand aspiration and product desire
• Optimize visuals for CRO — A/B test variants for higher engagement & CTR
• Maintain strict visual guidelines while evolving seasonal looks
• Strong command over visual hierarchy, typography, color psychology
• Understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe photoshop and AI tools.
• Experience with fashion brands, preferably luxury and premium brands.
• Strong skills in Typography to create visually compelling designs
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Understanding of the latest design trends and their application in the retail and e-commerce sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment
