Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer (Graphic Designer) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, solid knowledge of design principles, and the ability to translate client requirements into engaging digital assets.

- Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing email templates, social media creatives, and website assets.

Understand client requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts.

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Develop layouts, typography, and image compositions that enhance user engagement.

Optimize email designs for responsiveness across devices and email clients.

Maintain consistency in design while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.

Work efficiently using project management tools like Asana to meet deadlines.

- Required Skills & Expertise

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (visual design and asset creation).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (for presentations, documentation, and communication).

Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals:

Layout design

Typography

Image composition

Color theory

Knowledge of email design best practices, including mobile responsiveness.

Ability to follow design systems and branding guidelines.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

- Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Figma).

Understanding of marketing principles and user behavior in digital design.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

- Must have a Portfolio reflecting graphic design skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
