Key Skills : Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, UI UX Design, Canvas. Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and execute creative visual concepts for a variety of media, including social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, web pages, infographics, banners, brochures, etc.

Develop branding elements such as logos, icons, style guides, and brand assets to ensure consistency.

Work collaboratively with remote teams — marketing, content, product, horticulture/plantscaping (if applicable), etc. — to understand requirements and deliver designs aligned with business objectives.

Produce high-quality mockups, wireframes, prototypes as needed.

Revise designs based on feedback, maintain version control, and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying on schedule and within scope.

Optimize graphics for various platforms (web, mobile, email, social media) ensuring proper sizes, formats, resolution.

Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of typography, colors, layout, imagery, etc.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies; suggest improvements to our design process.

Prepare files for production (print or digital), liaising with printers or vendors if required.

Maintain an organized digital library of design assets, templates, and resources.

Ensure all deliverables are accessible, clean, and optimized (e.g. for web performance or email load times)

Creating plant care content-graphics, signage, labels for plants, care guides.

Designing displays, planters, exhibition booths with plant aesthetics.
Incorporating plant/greenery textures, natural imagery, eco-friendly design themes.

Requirement:

Minimum of one year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign), Figma, or other similar tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
