Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity

• Develop and maintain Touras

  visual identity

  across all platforms.
• Create style guides and ensure brand consistency in every design and video output.

Social Media & Digital Campaigns

• Design

  social media creatives, infographics, ads, and banners

  .
• Produce

  short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)

  for campaigns.
• Create

  motion graphics, animated explainers, and product walkthroughs

  .
• Design thumbnails, cover images, and other digital assets.

Marketing & Sales Support

• Design

  brochures, decks, proposals, and reports

  for business development.
• Create

  animated product demos, event videos, and video testimonials

  .
• Support in

  event branding

  standees, backdrops, video loops, and screen graphics.

Product & UI/UX Collaboration

• Work with product and tech teams to design

  UI illustrations, micro-animations, and

product launch videos

• Create

  animated prototypes or mockups

  for apps and dashboards.
• Maintain the website and redesign them as per format of Touras.

Video Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce

  corporate videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes clips

  .
• Add subtitles, transitions, and sound design for professional video quality.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short video snippets for social media.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong portfolio in

  graphic design + video editing/motion design

  .
• Proficiency in:

• Design Tools:

  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva

• Video & Motion Tools:

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

(preferred)

• Animation:

  Motion graphics, GIFs, kinetic typography

social media content formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)

• Understanding of

  fintech/financial design language

  is a plus.
• Creativity balanced with business objectives.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver

  quick-turnaround videos
