Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging and on-brand visual content for a variety of media. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to create designs that effectively communicate our brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphics and layouts for digital and print materials including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, presentations, website graphics, and more.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
  
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that meet the needs of the target audience and brand guidelines.
  
• Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other visual assets.
  
• Ensure consistency and quality across all designs and brand touchpoints.
  
• Prepare files for print and digital production.
  
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas.
  
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.
  
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  
• Experience working in a marketing or agency environment
