The Role

Were looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can balance brand-building design with performance marketing creatives, and support cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Sales, HR) with fast, high-quality assets.

What Youll Do

Brand Creatives: Develop campaign visuals, social posts, landing page assets, email headers, and internal brand collateral, consistent with guidelines and tone.

Performance Creatives: Produce high-converting ad statics across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates; adapt to multiple aspect ratios and rapid A/B tests.

Cross-functional Support: Design CRM creatives (push/WhatsApp/email), sales enablement one-pagers, event/webinar decks, employer-branding assets, and basic website visuals.

Versioning & Localisation: Create language variants and quick iterations from winning concepts while maintaining visual quality and file hygiene.

Design Ops: Maintain organized source files (Figma/Adobe), component libraries, export presets, and a lightweight naming/versioning system.

Collaboration: Work with copywriters, performance marketers, product managers, and video editors to translate briefs into crisp visual solutions on tight timelines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with UGC overlays, storyboards, or basic illustration/iconography.
• Familiarity with ad platform specs and compliance nuances.
