Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining brand guidelines for consistent application across all mediums. You will provide creative direction to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality work. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams, you will understand project requirements and develop effective visual solutions. Your role will involve creating visually appealing designs for various platforms, such as websites, marketing materials, social media, packaging, and print. It is crucial to stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. As a mentor, you will guide junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge, while also contributing to strategic discussions with creative insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, including expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and other visual design principles. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. Familiarity with digital and print design across various media platforms is essential. Effective leadership and communication skills are necessary to lead and manage a team, as well as communicate design ideas and feedback. Problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying and solving design challenges to ensure projects meet objectives.
