About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity. You will be responsible for assisting in creating marketing materials, digital creatives, product designs, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
• Assist in developing brand identity, logos, and packaging designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Handle multiple projects and meet design deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong creativity, imagination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Experience in social media design or branding projects.
