Role Overview:

Graphic Designer

You'll collaborate with our brand strategists and marketing team to create designs that inspire, engage, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design

  packaging, branding, and marketing materials

  for FMCG and product-based clients.
• Develop

  creative concepts, visual themes, and design layouts

  that align with brand strategy.
• Work with the strategy team to translate brand ideas into

  powerful visual stories

  .
• Design

  logos, brand identity systems, packaging mockups, and digital assets

  .
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams to ensure design consistency.
• Use

  AI-based design tools

  (optional) to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Stay updated with

  design trends, packaging innovations, and market insights

  .
• Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Mentor junior designers (for senior roles) and contribute to team creativity.

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience

  in Graphic Design, preferably in

  branding and packaging design

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,

• A strong

  portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and creative design work

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Ability to

  translate brand strategy into effective visual design

  .
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  .
• Knowledge of

  AI design tools or motion graphics

  (added advantage).
