Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to help shape and express our brand across digital platforms. From static visuals and motion graphics to campaign assets and emailers, you’ll work across formats to bring ideas to life in a way that feels bold, beautiful, and on-brand.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team - working closely with brand, marketing, and product to create design that doesn’t just look good, but drives real impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves translating ideas into sharp, scroll-stopping

visuals - and wants to grow fast in a creative, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

● Design digital assets across channels — social media, emailers, digital ads, website

banners, and more

● Support campaigns with original, conceptually strong visual ideas and executions

● Collaborate with content, brand, and growth teams to make sure visuals are aligned

across touch points

● Create and edit short-form video content, GIFs, and basic motion graphics for digital and

social use

● Translate briefs and business goals into clean, effective visual storytelling

● Execute all stages of design — from concept and layout to final files and delivery

● Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all visual output

● Support web design needs (experience with platforms like Shopify is a plus)

What We’re Looking For

● 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or D2C brand

environment

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After

Effects/Premiere Pro

● Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills

● Ability to work across formats and platforms — from social to email to motion

● Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented

● A portfolio that showcases a mix of branding, campaign, and digital work

Nice to Have

● Experience in short-form video editing and motion graphics

● Exposure to ecommerce and/or food & lifestyle brands

● Familiarity with design for web (especially Shopify)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
