Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Creating Company identity and its stationery,
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media
• Use design software to develop graphic designs
• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
• Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to clients or the art director
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or the art director into the final design

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, 3D max, AI Softwares, etc.)
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and designing for digital interfaces
• Experience designing for SCORM-compliant or LMS-integrated content is desirable
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, preferably Company identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experienced on related all other softwares.
