RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to the nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on a rental basis, thus, providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.Currently, we have 130,000+ subscribers with a typical rental period of 12 - 14 months. The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.With 1000+ people in operations, the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of leases which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Collaborate with content writers and other designers to produce high-quality designs.
Innovation And Trends
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an e-commerce or rental business environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for designing web graphics.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
