Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Client Design Work

  : Handle diverse client accounts across industries, delivering unique creatives that fit each brand identity.

• Creative Storytelling

  : Develop designs for social media, performance ads, branding, websites, packaging, and more.

• Video + Motion Design

  : Craft reels, shorts, and animated creatives using

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva

  .

• Originality First

  : Build fresh, authentic content rather than relying on recycled ideas.

• Trend & Tech Awareness

  : Stay updated on the latest creative trends, formats, and platform requirements.

• Collaboration

  : Work with strategists, copywriters, and performance marketers to ensure design and business goals align.

• Efficiency

  : Manage tight deadlines, balance multiple projects, and deliver quality consistently.

What We’re Looking For

• Agency Experience

  : 2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency is mandatory. Must have handled multiple brands and products simultaneously.

• Tool Mastery

  :
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Canva & CapCut (for quick and social-first edits)
• Figma (for layouts, branding, presentations)

• Latest AI Tools

  : Must be fully updated on modern AI design tools and know how to use them intelligently to speed up workflows without compromising originality.

• Creative Versatility

  : Strong design skills across static, motion, and 3D. Ability to play with captions, layouts, and reels that resonate with digital audiences.

• Professional Maturity

  : Must work independently without depending on others for every task. You know your craft, and you know how to deliver.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio).
