Key Responsibilities:

• Design brochures, flyers, social media creatives, emailers, and other marketing materials specific to real estate
• Develop visual content for digital campaigns, listings, presentations, and project launches
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
• Stay updated with design trends and real estate branding styles

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of graphic design experience in the

  real estate industry (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design work
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market and its branding tone is a

  plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred:

• Candidates with prior experience working with Dubai-based real estate firms
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (a bonus)
