Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Raise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and brand representation across various channels. Your primary responsibility will be designing creative marketing and product materials to ensure a consistent level of quality throughout all deliverables. - Plan design concepts by analyzing relevant information and materials. - Create visual representations of concepts by designing art arrangements, sizes, type styles, and submitting them for approval. - Produce finalized artwork using necessary equipment and software. - Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, product, web, growth, and marketing departments when required. - Contribute to team efforts by completing tasks as needed. - Communicate with clients regarding layout and design requirements. - Develop a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites utilizing tools like Photoshop. - Review final layouts and provide suggestions for improvements. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of successful professional design experience, preferably in a consumer startup, digital agency, or in-house design team. - Proficiency in desktop publishing tools including Photoshop and Illustrator. - Experience with design tools like Figma, Zeplin, and other design development tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve business problems through effective design. - Ability to present concepts and guide internal teams toward the right solutions. - Strong eye for visual composition and deep knowledge of web, app, visual, illustrations, and art design processes. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Possess creative flair, conceptual and visual ability, and originality with a user system interaction mindset. - Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in app, mobile, and web design.,
