We're looking for a brand-savvy Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas into crisp, on-brand visuals across marketing and product touchpoints. You'll create campaign assets (banners, social tiles, carousels), long-form collateral (whitepapers, brochures), presentation systems, and lightweight motion/video. Key Responsibilities (Your Role at ProCreator):
End-to-End Visual Design Execution:
Own the full lifecycle of marketing and brand assetsfrom brief, concept, and mood boards to final production and exports. Deliver banners and social tiles, carousels, infographics, brochures, whitepapers, PPT templates, partnership creatives, iconography, and lightweight video edits across web and print. Maintain file hygiene, naming, and versioning.
AI-Assisted Research & Ideation:
Use AI tools to accelerate creative exploration. Leverage conversational AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to synthesize briefs and generate ideas.
Production, Templates & Systems:
Develop reusable templates and component libraries (Canva/Figma/Illustrator) for faster, consistent output across channels. Manage multi-size adaptations for platforms and placements.
Visual Design & Brand Systems:
Translate brand strategy into clear, on-brand visuals with strong typography, layout, color, and composition. Apply and evolve brand guidelines (grids, type scales, icon rules); ensure consistency across all touchpoints and co-branded partner assets.
Light Motion & Video (Good to Have):
Edit short videos, add simple motion graphics, and prepare platform-ready outputs.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with team lead and client, communicate rationale clearly.Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
35 years of professional experience creating marketing design for brands. Portfolio showing social sets, carousels, infographics, brochures, presentations, and iconographywith clear attention to hierarchy and consistency.
Visual & Production Excellence:
Expertise in typography, layout, grids, color, image treatment, and composition. Confident handling multi-size adaptations, web/print specs, and export pipelines. Working knowledge of accessibility for marketing design.
Design Systems & Templates:
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reusable template systems (Canva/Figma/Illustrator), icon libraries, and brand assets; ability to document usage so other designers can self-serve.
Tool Proficiency:
Must-have:
Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT. Good-to-have:
After Effects (basic motion), Figma (marketing kits, light prototypes). AI Fluency for Design:
Practical comfort using AI to speed research, copy/options, mood boards, and asset exploration (e.g., Midjourney/Chatgpt/Firefly). Ability to bring AI outputs to brand-ready finish using core design tools; understanding of rights/ethics and prompt hygiene.
Communication & Collaboration:
Clear written and verbal communication. Capable of presenting rationale to internal teams, clients, and partners; receptive to feedback and able to translate constraints into smart design choices.
Leadership & Mentorship (Mid-level):
