Graphic Designer (Print experience is a must)

Magnon Group is hiring for a Graphic Designer.

Job location: Sector 63, Noida (Work form office)

Experience: 4-10 years (Exclusive in Adaptation)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and designer/visualizer to join our team. As a Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our visual communication across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and visual identity.

. Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork with accuracy in sizing, color, bleed, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with the creative, production, and account management teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

. Maintain consistency across multiple adaptation projects.

. Develop creative and engaging visual designs for both print and digital mediums, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience to create designs that effectively convey the desired message.

· Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

· Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard design software.

· Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various platforms and devices.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects.

· Provide guidance and support to junior designers when necessary, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

. 4–10 years of proven experience as a Designer in print-focused roles.

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

· Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
