Job Description :

The Graphic Designer in the Post Production Department will be responsible for delivering visually compelling designs across all divisions, including Events, Personal Ceremonies, Designs, and Chroma Studio. The role involves collaboration with photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure creative outputs meet client requirements quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance visual content for events, ceremonies, and post-production projects.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
• Edit and retouch photos/videos to ensure premium-quality output.
• Create marketing collateral such as posters, banners, social media creatives, and presentations.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budget, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry advancements.

• Number of revisions per project (Target: ≤ 2 revisions per project).
• Adherence to project budgets (Target: 100% compliance).
• Creative content engagement on social media (e.g., likes, shares, comments).

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography(specially in marathi language), and layout principles.
• Knowledge of design trends and industry standards.
• Ability to work with green-screen (Chroma) post-production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of file formats, resolutions, and printing processes.
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
• Multitasking and time management for handling multiple deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating diverse and high-quality creative work.
