Job Role- HR Projects (Graphic Design & Employer Branding

Location: Gurugram, India

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join our HR Projects team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine graphic designing skills with employer branding strategies to enhance Policybazaar's internal and external HR communications. The intern will assist in creating engaging content and visuals that reflect our employer brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing creatives, presentations, posters, infographics, and social media content to support HR campaigns.
  • Edit videos for HR events, employee stories, and cultural highlights (optional/additional).
  • Collaborate with the HR Communications team to build internal engagement material (emailers, video s, newsletters, event branding).
  • Support the development of digital content for employer branding initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal tools.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing branding for employee events, campaigns, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Work closely with other departments like Marketing or Creative team for cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effect.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma.
  • A strong creative portfolio with examples of visual design work (can be academic or freelance)
  • Interest in HR, employer branding, or corporate communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management
