Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Study design briefs to understand requirements and objectives. - Conceptualize and create visuals and designs for Digital, Web, and Print media based on the given requirements. - Adapt designs from the organization's painting archives and color palettes for creatives. - Present design ideas by preparing rough drafts and offering multiple options for consideration. - Develop illustrations and designs using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy. Qualifications required for this role: - A degree in Design or Fine Arts is preferred. - A strong portfolio showcasing graphics and illustrations. - Proficiency in design software and technologies like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts. - Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that the company offers Health Insurance as a benefit. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with Saturdays being optional. The salary range for this position is between 25,000.00 to 40,000.00 per month.
