Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at our Hazra (Kolkata) office. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, with strong skills in digital and print media.

Work Type: Full-Time
Gender: Male/Female – Both can apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for digital platforms (social media, website, emailers, etc.)
• Create marketing and promotional materials including banners, posters, brochures, flyers, etc.
• Develop layouts for internal and external communication materials
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute design strategies and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Edit and retouch images as needed
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong visual sense
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional but a plus):

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
