You are a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer being sought by Growwstacks, an AI/automation startup focusing on delivering innovative digital solutions. Joining on a part-time or consultancy basis, your role will involve: - Designing visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, marketing materials, and social media. - Creating intuitive, engaging, and responsive UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. - Developing wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems. - Collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Maintaining brand consistency across all digital assets. - Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in Graphics Design and UI/UX design (portfolio required). - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch. - Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. It would be preferred if you have experience in motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar), knowledge of web development basics for design handoff, and familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (optional). The compensation offered for this position is flexible, based on project scope or fixed terms, finalized during the interview and competitive, based on experience and expertise. Please note the skills required for this role include thumbnail creation, basic HTML and CSS knowledge, coordination, communication skills, proficiency in graphic design software, understanding of various platforms, basic SEO, content editing, knowledge of business requirements, time management, image editing, media editing, and UI/UX basics.
