The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of what makes a thumbnail successful on YouTube, and the ability to conceptualize and design compelling visuals that align with our content and audience. Key Responsibilities: Design high-converting thumbnails tailored for YouTube content . Source high-quality images and elements from various online platforms. Seamlessly merge multiple visuals into a single, cohesive design using advanced compositing techniques. Enhance images with color correction, lighting adjustments, and retouching for a realistic and engaging final output. Collaborate with the content and video production teams to understand the videos theme and develop relevant thumbnail concepts. Stay updated with YouTube trends and best practices to ensure thumbnail effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must. Expertise in image manipulation , compositing , and photo retouching . Strong creative thinking and the ability to visualize and execute bold, engaging ideas. Deep understanding of visual composition, lighting, perspective, and realism in digital design. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Prior experience creating thumbnails for YouTube or similar platforms is a plus. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates only from Kolkata and nearby locations are welcome.

About the Role: Pocket FM is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic YouTube Channel Manager to build and grow our YouTube and Facebook channel with focus on increasing our content reach and brand awareness. You will be solely responsible for devising channel content and distribution strategy with a strong focus on growing the subscriber base, video views and revenue. Work with various internal stakeholders like the product, business, marketing team to achieve the end goals.
