Skills we look for:

• Software fluency -

  Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign with basic understanding of Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.)

• Knowledge of

  HTML/Java

  info will get you

  brownie points

• An

  in depth understandingofsocial media creative design

• A strong hold in

  illustrations, character design (vector), manipulations, concept based designs, typography, understanding of space, colour palettes

• Design and layout for various

  visual content formatssuch asnewsletter / emailers, case studies, ebooks, magazines, reports,

  and more
• Understanding of

  AI tools

  would be great!

• Understanding of motion graphics

  would be great, too!

• Procreate / Affinity software

  are a plus
• Ability to work

  cohesively in a team

  to move across multiple clients visually

• Keen eye

  for design & detail
• Stay abreast on l

  atest design trends

What you will be required to do:

• Developing and executing

  interactive design

  concepts across different formats such as social media creatives, GIFs, videos, collateral design, brand communication and more
• Manage

  multiple projects simultaneously

  while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly
• Staying up-to-date with the

  latest design trends

  and maintain the design standards while having a futuristic approach
• Enforce consistency of

  brand standards

  and work internally with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with changes; have a strong familiarity with look, feel, voice and overall brand presence for each client.
• Create quality design work while sticking to the

  deadlines

• Demonstrate a

  passion for solving problems

  and participate in creative

  conceptualization

  and

  brainstorming sessions

• Welcome feedbackand beflexible

  enough to blend your thought process according to the client/creative head/CEO etc
