Graphic Designer (on-site)

We're The Caterpillar Co a design and marketing company based in Pune. We've worked with a myriad of clients across various domains and are looking for junior designers to join our team. We're looking for passionate, inspired and creative individuals who aren't afraid to wear multiple hats join our team to help us help others in their marketing journey!

Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Creating ad creatives for brand ads
• Creating compelling social media graphic collaterals (posts, stories, videos, ads, creatives, posters, reels as required.)
• Creating print media collaterals such as media kits and brochures
• Creating AI based visuals for social posts
• Researching market trends and visuals for brands
• Taking care of miscellaneous tasks concerning clients' social media channels

Primary skill sets needed:

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Knowledge of colour theory, design principles and alignment
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Knowledge of Google and its data management through google sheets

Additional Information:

1. 2 years of experience is a must.

2. Applications without relevant Digital marketing experience will not be reviewed

3. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator skills are a must.

4. This position is a full-time job with 2 month paid probation period in which we will monitor the performance.

5. Post the 2-month probation, if found to match the company's requirements an offer letter will be extended.

6. This post requires an in-house assessment spread over 1 day

7. This is an in- office onsite role
