Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in creating visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, podcasts, and marketing campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Role & Responsibilities
Design engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Create visually appealing infographics, banners, and promotional images to support social media campaigns.Develop cover art, episode thumbnails, and promotional graphics for podcasts.Collaborate with the podcast team to create cohesive visual branding for podcast series.Create graphics for email marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.Design visually compelling presentations and decks to support marketing initiatives.Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.Update and maintain brand assets, including logos, templates, and style guides.Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Implement innovative design techniques to enhance the visual impact of our marketing efforts.Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.Drive impact created by Marketing function on overall lead generation, branding, social media reach, & more.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy with visual design insights.

Must have Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative skills.Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.

2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the design or tech industry |
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
