About the Role

As a Graphic Designer & Multimedia Mentor, you'll wear two creative hats:

Designer

Mentor


Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for web, social media, print, and digital campaigns
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing and training purposes
  • Apply color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects (DaVinci, After Effects, etc.)
  • Mentor students in graphic design and multimedia tools through live sessions and project guidance
  • Review portfolios, conduct feedback sessions, and support mock interviews
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure training is industry-relevant and visually powerful


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphic Design & Video Editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience with color correction, visual storytelling, and motion design
  • Teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site in Kalpetta.
