Graphic Designer

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and technical content writing. Create visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphics using Figma and other design software.
• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for digital products, focusing on user-centric design principles.
• Create prototypes and mockups to present concepts and gather feedback.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive designs.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implementable.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design best practices.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and media formats.
• Problem-Solving and Iteration:
• Identify and solve design problems, ensuring designs are effective and user-friendly.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to improve quality and user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and UX/UI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design software.
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,425.69 - ₹35,561.88 per month
